Coconut & Dulce de leche Chocolate Cups

Coconut & Dulce de leche go so well together, we made these chocolate cups to celebrate this Sunday! 🌸
For 4 Coconut & Dulce de leche Chocolate Cups you´ll need:
Chocolate chips: 300g (we use milk chocolate, but dark will work nicely too)
Bounty, chopped: 2 un
Dulce de leche: 80g
Hazelnuts, toasted & chopped: 20g
Bee polen: 5g
Chocolate bunnies: 4 un (optional)
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 20 sec increments, mixing thouroughly after each one to avoid the chocolate burning.
Pour half of the chocolate into 4 silicon shapes.
Top with bounty chunks each.
Follow with a tablespoon of Dulce de leche.
Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts for a delicious crunch.
Top with the rest of the melted chocolate.
Decorate with sprinkles of polen and hazlenuts. If you wish, put a chocolate bunny on top.
Let cool in a freezer for 15 min or 30 min in the fridge.
