Coconut & Dulce de leche Chocolate Cups

Coconut & Dulce de leche go so well together, we made these chocolate cups to celebrate this Sunday! 🌸

For 4 Coconut & Dulce de leche Chocolate Cups you´ll need:

  • Chocolate chips: 300g (we use milk chocolate, but dark will work nicely too)

  • Bounty, chopped: 2 un

  • Dulce de leche: 80g

  • Hazelnuts, toasted & chopped: 20g

  • Bee polen: 5g

  • Chocolate bunnies: 4 un (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 20 sec increments, mixing thouroughly after each one to avoid the chocolate burning.

  2. Pour half of the chocolate into 4 silicon shapes.

  3. Top with bounty chunks each.

  4. Follow with a tablespoon of Dulce de leche.

  5. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts for a delicious crunch.

  6. Top with the rest of the melted chocolate.

  7. Decorate with sprinkles of polen and hazlenuts. If you wish, put a chocolate bunny on top.

  8. Let cool in a freezer for 15 min or 30 min in the fridge.
