Coco & Dulce de Leche Chocolate Cups

Coconut and Dulce de Leche go so well together. We couldn’t help but make these treat for our Sunday morning.

It’s is an easy and delicious Easter idea too. Give it a try and save for later!

Ingredients

For 4 Coco & Dulce de leche Chocolate Cups you´ll need:

Chocolate chips: 300g (we use milk chocolate, but dark will work nicely too)

Bounty, chopped: 2 un

Dulce de leche: 80g

Hazelnuts, toasted & chopped: 20g

Bee polen: 5g

Chocolate bunnies: 4 un (optional)

Instructions:

1. melt the chocolate in a microwave in 20 sec increments, mixing thouroughly after each one to avoid the chocolate burning.

2. pour half of the chocolate into 4 silicon shapes.

3. top with bounty chunks each.

4. follow with a tablespoon of Dulce de leche.

5. sprinkle chopped hazelnuts for a delicious crunch.

6. Top with the rest of the melted chocolate.

7. Decorate with sprinkles of polen and hazlenuts. If you wish, put a chocolate bunny on top.

8. Let cool in a freezer for 15 min or 30 min in the fridge.
