Gingerbread Blondie feat. M&M’s

☃️ Celebrate these magical days with our new Christmas ready Gingerbread Blondie feat. M&Ms 🎄

Chewy, heartwarming and bursting with flavor, this Gingerbread Blondie will surely become your favorite 🤗

Ingredients:

* 90g butter

* 130g brown sugar

* 1 large egg

* 1 tbsp molasses

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 120g all purpose flour

* 1/2 tsp baking soda

* 1 tbsp cinnamon

* 1 tsp ginger ground

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 100g white chocolate chips

* M&Ms choco to decorate

* 40g white chocolate to decorate

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.


  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter with the brown sugar. Beat in the egg and molasses and vanilla extract, until glossy. Gently add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold through the white chocolate chips. 


  3. Bake the blondies for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are just tender. 


  4. Remove the blondies from the oven and let them cool completely

  5. Melt white choco chips in a microwave at 30 sec periods mixing well in between until melted.

  6. Top the Blondie with melted white chocolate, decorate with M&Ms. Let cool.
