Chocolate M&M’s Cookies (air fryer recipe)
This morning we were craving some Chocolate Chip cookies but our son really wanted M&Ms cookies. So we just made a recipe that has both. 😅
Super soft, bursting with chocolate with an M&Ms crunch, these Chocolate M&M’s Cookies made our day.
This recipe is perfect both for the oven and the air fryer. So keep a batch in your freezer to bake them any moment you feel like a fresh cookie.
What can be better than delicious cookies that have very few ingredients and a simple way of making them?
Ingredients:
125g unsalted butter
125g brown sugar
50g granulated sugar
1 egg L
1 tsp vanilla
300g all-purpose flour
15g cornflour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp coarse salt
150g milk chocolate chips
150g choco m&ms
Instructions:
Add the butter and sugars to a bowl and beat at high speed until creamy. About 6-7 min.
Add in the egg and vanilla and beat again for 1 min at high speed.
Add the plain flour, cornflour, baking powder, and salt and beat until a cookie dough is formed.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until they're well distributed.
Portion your cookie dough onto a tray and freeze for at least 30 min. or keep the cookie balls in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Line your air fryer with a piece of parchment paper, make holes and add 4 cookie balls. Or, if you bake in the oven, distribute the cookies on a lined baking tray.
Bake the cookies for 14 min at 190ºc in the oven or for 11 min at 160°C in the air fryer.
Once baked, let the cookies cool for a few minutes before removing the parchment paper with the cookies on as the cookies will still be very soft. Let the cookies cool for 15 minutes before enjoying.
Let us know how they turn out for you and which way you prefer.
