Eggless Snickers Brownies
It’s Mother’s Day in Hungary & we bring you a new take on Fudgy Brownies. 🫶
These Eggless Snickers Brownies are soft and chewy and burst of caramel.

Ingredients:
220g dark chocolate chips
180g sugar
125ml milk
180g flour
1.5 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp Salt
75g butter
25g yoghurt
5ml vanilla
2-3 regular snickers bars chopped
150g milk choco chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175 °C and line a 15x30 baking pan with parchment paper.
Heat the milk in a microwave safe bowl, then add the sugar and stir till it dissolves completely. THIS IS IMPORTANT, please do not skip this step. The milk should not be boiling hot. Just warm enough for the sugar to dissolve.
Now in a separate microwave safe bowl add the chocolate and butter, heat it in 15 second increments, stirring every time till it melts completely.
Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the milk mixture. Gently stir to combine. Now add the yoghurt & vanilla and stir till well combined and smooth.
Sift in the flour, cornflour and cocoa powder. Add salt. Mix to combine, do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and smooth out the top.
Add the chopped snickers on top of the smoothed batter. Sprinkle with milk choco chips.
Bake in the pre-heated oven at 175°C for about 20-22 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out with some half-baked batter and many moist crumbs attached.
Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing and enjoying.
