Ingredients

  • 170g butter, room t°

  • 150g brown sugar

  • 50g granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg, room t°

  • 10ml vanilla extract

  • 265g flour

  • 10g cornstarch

  • 5g baking soda

  • 3g salt

  • 225g chocolate chips

  • 12 Reese PB cups

  • 12 Oreos

Instructions

  • In a mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together on medium speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then beat on low speed until combined. The cookie dough will be slightly thick. On low speed, beat in the chocolate chips. Cover dough tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour and up to 2 days. Chilling is mandatory for this cookie dough.

  • Remove cookie dough from the refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Roll cookie balls.

  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden brown around the edges. The cookies will look soft when you remove them from the oven.

  • Top each cookie with a Reese PB cup. Let it melt slightly. Follow with an Oreo.
