Ferrero Chunky Cookies
Easy chunky cookies are here 💕 Ferrero Chunky Cookies.
5-minutes to make, 15-minutes to bake and only 30 min freezing needed.
These filled cookies are super soft and they melt in your mouth with chocolate chips but have an exciting crunch of Ferrero Rocher. On top of that, they're so easy to make!
Ingredients:
• 115g unsalted butter, room t°
• 160g brown sugar
• 40g granulated sugar
• 1 large egg, room t°
• 2tsp vanilla extract
• 315g all-purpose flour
• 1tsp baking soda
• 1tsp baking powder
• 1tsp salt
• 200g milk chocolate chips
• 14 Ferrero Rocher
Makes around 14 filled cookies
Instructions:
Beat the butter with sugars.
Add in the vanilla extract and egg. Mix until combined.
Whisk in the flour, baking soda and salt.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Make 14 balls. Fill them with a Ferrero Rocher each.
Freeze the cookies for 30 min.
Bake 200°C for 15 mins. Let cool for 30 min.
