Pistachio & Chocolate Teddy Cookies
Pistachio & White Chocolate Teddy Cookies have both: delicious flavor and cuteness. 💖
Just a few easy ingredients and a little waiting (it’s hard, but so much worth it) and the teddy cookies with a delicate pistachio crunch and melting white chocolate.

Ingredients:
120g butter, room t°
40g white sugar
60g brown sugar
1 egg L
4g salt
210g flour
2g baking soda
2g baking powder
100g white chocolate chips
100g pistachio, toasted, chopped
Decorate:
White and milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
Beat the butter with sugars until creamy.
Beat in the egg.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Sprinkle in the salt. Mix until the dough comes together.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
Cool the dough for 1 hour or up to 1 day.
Shape 6 balls aprox 85-90g each. Split the rest of the dough into 12 little balls, aprox 12-15g.
Shape teddy bears.
Bake at 180°C for 12-14min.
Let cool. Decorate.
