Pistachio Heart Chunky Cookies for 2 💖

It’s a sweet date idea: a small batch chunky cookies with just a few ingredients and it takes only 15 min from start to finish 💝 no chilling required🤯


Ingredients:

  • 40g butter, softened

  • 40g brown sugar

  • 10g granulated sugar

  • 1.5ml vanilla extract

  • 1 egg M

  • 75g flour

  • 30g cornstarch

  • 1g baking soda

  • 1g salt

  • 30g chocolate chips

  • 20g pistachios, chopped

  • 2 Lindt pistachio bonbons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or just bake them in an airfryer at 175°C.

  2. In a medium bowl cream the butter and the sugars until smooth.

  3. Add in the egg and the vanilla extract and mix to combine.

  4. Mix in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt until the flour mixture disappears.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips and pistachios.

  5. Split the cookie dough in 2 and fold in the Lindt pistachio bonbons. Top with more chocolate chips and bake in the preheated oven for 14 min or for 11 min in the airfryer.

  6. Let cool and enjoy. 🫶
