Kinder & M&M’s Cookies
Ugly but delicious M&Ms & Kinder Chocolate Cookies 🤪
Will you give them a try? 😛
These cookies are soft and crunchy, packed with M&Ms, mini Kinder eggs and milk chocolate chips and they're so easy to make!
Why ugly? 😳 To keep them soft and with a caramelized chocolate crunch, I left the dough on the softy side, it slightly spreads but in the meantime it leaves the cookies with the most irresistible touch 💖
Ugly as they look, they are heavenly delicious. 💕
The spreading issue is easy to fix with 25g more of flour and freezing the cookies for 1 hour. ✅
Ingredients:
110g unsalted butter, melted
150g brown sugar
100g granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
220g GF flour
15g cornstarch
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
90g chocolate M&Ms
100g milk chocolate chips
20 mini Kinder eggs
Makes 20 cookies
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the melted butter with sugars until combined.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
Sift in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.
Fold in the M&Ms and milk chocolate chips.
Make 20 cookie balls and fill them with mini Kinder eggs.
Freeze for 15min.
Bake at 200° for 15 mins. Arrange if spread too much with a spatula ❤️
Enjoy & save for later!🫶
