Snickers stuffed dates
Has it ever happened to you that you have a healthy snack recipe, but you never get to make it? 😜
These chocolate covered stuffed dates with crunchy peanuts and smooth peanut butter aka “Snickers Stuffed Dates” are a great nutritious breakfast or snack idea.
A few easy ingredients and a little time, get you a delightful moment whenever your sweet tooth wakes up.
You can make them vegan and lactose free by simply using dark chocolate or vegan chocolate chips. 🫶

Ingredients:
12 Medjool dates
100g toasted peanut butter, smooth
60g peanuts roasted, roughly chopped
1 pinch sea salt flakes
100g chocolate chips (your favorite)
Instructions:
Remove the stones from the dates.
Stuff the dates with peanut butter.
Follow with the crushed peanuts.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave in 20sec intervals until smooth.
Top the stuffed dates with melted chocolate.
Decorate with salt flakes and more peanuts.
Let set in the fridge for at least 30 min.
